About Feathered Oak Hunt Club

Feathered Oak Hunt Club is a private waterfowl hunting club offering Ontario residents access to productive waterfowl regions across Southern and Central Ontario.

Our club operates across 40,000–50,000 acres of exclusive private farmland, allowing us to consistently run well-organized hunts throughout the season. Feathered Oak also boasts access to over 75,000 acres of private land in Saskatchewan through organized club trips.
Members enjoy access to professionally coordinated field hunts, private land access, and destination hunting opportunities throughout North America.
Our goal is simple:
To create a serious waterfowl hunting environment built around passionate hunters, strong landowner relationships, and high-quality hunting experiences.

Waterfowl Hunting Season

Waterfowl hunting in Ontario typically begins in the first week of September and runs until the second week of January each year.

Hunting Operations

Daily hunts are organized and coordinated by our professional guides and scouts.

    Resident members are expected to:
  • Arrive at the field at the designated meeting time
  • Assist with decoy setup
  • Participate in the hunt
  • Stay after the hunt to assist with decoy pickup

All decoys, blinds, and necessary equipment are shared among members throughout the club.
Due to the scale of our land access, trailers, and equipment, the club has the ability to operate three to four large field hunts per day across different regions of our property network.
Scouting plays a major role in consistently finding birds and maintaining high-quality hunts. Our professional scouts operate daily throughout the season, and member participation helps ensure we stay on birds across our large network of properties.

Resident Membership

One-Time Club Buy-In — $2,500 CAD
All new resident members are required to pay a one-time $2,500 CAD club buy-in fee when joining Feathered Oak Hunt Club.
This fee is only paid once when first joining the club and is not charged again in future seasons.
The buy-in helps support the continued growth and development of the club, including:
  • Expansion of land access
  • Shared decoy and equipment purchases
  • Improvements to club infrastructure
  • Continued development of the hunting program

Once paid, the buy-in does not need to be paid again in subsequent years, provided the member remains in good standing with the club.
